Day 1
About 20 minutes before the end of my first block, Y. called me over:
"Ms. L. do you like me?"
Me: "Yeah!"
Y: "Really?"
At least I know they're not afraid to ask questions or speak their minds.
(Block 2 (Geometry): Nobody threw a chair at the wall. Success.)
